We’re a husband-and-wife team behind Function Coffee Co, roasting small-batch specialty coffee right here in Northlake, Texas.

We started Function Coffee Co to create more than just great coffee.

Of course we care deeply about fresh-roasted beans and coffee that never tastes old, bitter, or burnt. But just as much, we care about creating a space for community to connect and grow.

A place to slow down. Meet a friend. Bring your laptop. Stay awhile.

Our coffee is ethically sourced and locally roasted weekly by us. So when we say small-batch and fresh roasted... we have the receipts.

We’re excited to open our first coffee shop in Northlake this spring—a warm, welcoming space built for great coffee, real connection, and community. Until then, we’re bringing that same fresh-roasted experience straight to your door.
