Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the time of purchase. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days (Orders Under $50)
- FREE Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days (Orders Over $50)
- International Shipping: Not available at this time.

We currently ship to continental U.S.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through our shipping partner’s website [e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS]. If you don’t receive your tracking information, please reach out to us.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@functioncoffeeco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion.
