PALETTE: Balanced, complex sweetness and vibrant acidity, with notes of ripe peach, lime zest and honey.

Note: This is not a flavored coffee. The image and description is a representation of the tasting notes that can be picked up in the coffee.

PERFECT FOR: Easy wins because you literally just can't anymore.

ORIGIN: Our “Low-Hanging Fruit” roast is a washed process bean from a large, family-owned farm located in the Jimma Zone of the Oromia Region in Ethiopia.

IMPACT: Our beans are ethically sourced, organic when possible, and roasted on the Bellwether Roaster--the most sustainable, zero-emission roaster on the planet.

Ethiopian single origins are my absolute favorite! I’ve tried 12 different roasters and this is my favorite. The flavor notes are perfectly expressed!

Whoaaaa thank you so much! I'm thrilled you love it

Enjoying this blend as a pour over. He was kind enough to include a sample of the espresso also and we’ve enjoyed making lattes with that blend as well. Stickers are awesome! Definitely recommend.

Tamara! We're thrilled you love the coffee. Your kind words mean more than you know!
